Terms of Service

By accessing or using dayoneaiservices.com or engaging Day One AI Services for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Day One AI Services provides web development, AI integration, and SEO services to clients on a project basis. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payment

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project kickoff. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables. Day One AI Services retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to complete the project as agreed, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet performed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Day One AI Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

7. Third-Party Tools

Our services may integrate third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or pricing adjustments made by those platforms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
